SEPTEMBER MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

The next scheduled meeting will take place on September 18, 2008, at Galliano's Cucina Restaurant located at 16435 Military Rd. S., Seatac (206-243-7806). The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM, with socializing starting at 6:00 PM. The ongoing series of educational sessions are included.

The September topic is "Commercial Kitchen Hoods and Grease Duct" presented by Mr. Paul Thornton of NW Sheet Metal Inspection Services. An RSVP is required.

For those who RSVP but later find they cannot attend please let us know ASAP or no later than 4 PM the Monday prior to the meeting. Be advised when you RSVP, unless other arrangements are made, you in effect are committing to the cost of the dinner as well.
