Past President: Kelly Tally -

Kelly has spent 32 years in the construction industry;  He has spent seven of those working as a building inspector / plans examiner.  Kelly's past employment has been with the jurisdictions of Yakima County and the City of Auburn.  He is currently employed by Pierce County.
President: Mike Noot -

As the Plans Examiner Supervisor, Mike has spent the past 16 years employed by the Pierce County Building Division. Previous positions he has held with the Western Washinton Chapter of I.C.B.O. include that of Chapter President, Vice President, Treasurer, and WABO Education Committee Chair.
Vice President: Marc Schoenberg -

Until recently, Marc has been an inspector (building / plumbing / mechanical) - a position he held for five years. He was first certified as an ICBO building inspector in 1990. He has also been involved wth carpentry work, worked as a piledriver, as an ICBO certified welder, and has worked with the 62nd Civil Engineering Squadron at McChord AFB. Prior experience also includes work in Alaska. He is a member of the Western Washington Chapter of IAPMO and has been a member of the Western Washington Chapter of the International Codes Council for five years.
Executive Vice President: Gary Schenk -

For six years, Gary has served as Building Official for the City of Newcastle, before that he was a Senior Building Inspector with the City of Tukwila (8 years) and a former construction supervisor and inspector (15 years). For the past 14 years he has served on various committees with the chapter, including former Certification and Registration Committee Chairman and 2nd V.P. with WABO where he presently serves as 1st Vice President.

Secretary: James Frank -

James got his start in the building industry by starting his own construction company in 1977. He received certification as a Residential Building Inspector in 2006 and joined the Chapter the following year. He became the head of the Chapters outreach program and his efforts contributed to the Chapter’s generous donation to Northwest Harvest. In 2009 he started a new company, performing the duties as project manager and independent building inspector. Jim has four daughters and five grandchildren. He and his wife Wendy like to spend their free time salmon fishing.
